These what happen when I can't sleep at night. I bake!! Midnight cakes....tapi alhamdulillah hasilnya cukup memuaskan... dan ternyata mama jadi ketularan pengen masak juga dan jadilah kue mangkuk putih ini, dan rasanya hmmm....so yummy...mom's the best...she's my mentor, teacher, tutor, and most of all she's my mother ;) luv u mom...

Chocolate Almond Cake

Happy birthday OA.....my handsome uncle ;) He likes chocolate, he likes almond and he likes cake voila Chocolate Almond Cake it is... and once again LUDES ketika disajikan hehehehe.... I love it when everybody enjoy my cake and finish it without a single chocolate left ;D Rasanya pengen buat dan buat terus...tapi siapa yang makan ya???

Strawberry Chocolate cake with whip cream

Never too late to post it ;p sebenernya sih ini kue untuk anniversary for my dearest aunty tgl 8 April yang lalu..tapi baru smpet nge-post nya hari ini. It's just a simple cake with which chocolate ganache filling covered with whip cream and cocoa powder and last but not least a final touch of strawberry. 

sampai di pestanya, kue ini ga kebagian masuk kulkas...but it turned out..coklatnya semakin melted terasa di mulut. Not to brag, tapi kuenya langsung ludes setelah dipotong (mungkin karena  yg dipotong pertama kali hehehehe...) setelah itu disajikanlah kue bermerk mahal lainnya...(dan ternyata ga langsung habis ;).  

Ngeblog sambil ngupi & ngemil cookies

Akhirnya kebikin juga small double chocolate cookies nya :) Rencananya sih mau buat seminggu yang lalu, tapi karena satu dan lain hal (dibaca: types+campak), jadinya ketunda deh. Setelah jadi, I feel good about myself hehehe....rasanya enak...it's so soft and yummy...dan chocolate nya kerasa banget. Tapi gulanya aku kurangi sih, supaya tidak terlalu manis seperti cookies pada umumnya. Kalu mau rasa yang lain, aku panggang lagi untuk lebih crunchy, rasanya sama enaknya...apalagi makannya ditemani sama secangkir black coffee but decaf for me, karena aku mau ngurangi kafein dalam tubuh ini hehehehe (good luck for that ;).   Habis itu ngeblog deh :D It's been quite a while since my last entry, ya...karena sakit itu. Di otak lagi full of ideas nih...mau buat cake atau cupcake dulu ya next???

Strawberry Cheesecake Pie

Wow...I finally did it :) though in the process my oven broke...but I'm sure satisfied with the result. The strawberry is so delicious, and the cheesecake is so moist and creamy plus the crispy pie so yummy. I still can taste the lemon in my mouth, combined with the creamy cheese and strawberry, it's just perfect. I love it... Well, of course it's me who's saying that...cause I love cheese.. but, when I tried it out to my family..they also loved it.   Next time, I'll do the cranberry or maybe chocolate :)

It's kind of a mix and match recipe, yet I love it cause I've baked it just the way I like it :) Number 1 fan of almond, number 1 fan of chocolate, and number 1 fan of cookies, plain or no plain, a little bit of sweetness, crisp or fluffy or just puffy...hmmm...it's mouth-watering, especially when you eat it with a glass of milk or better yet a cup of hot coffee latte...Perfect.
