Simple Cheese Cake

Anniversay cake untuk om dan tanteku sayang.... Tadinya si tante mau orange cake dengan hiasan, tapi ternyata si om maunya cheese cake yg besar dan simple seperti biasanya mamaku yang buat. Karena tamu yang diundang banyak. Akhirnya, agar semuanya seneng aku tetep buat kuenya sesuai dengan permintaan tante dengan hiasan dan a little bit of orange, dan basic nya tetep cheese cake. Cheese cake mama memang terkenal enak sih, it's simple and light. Luckily mama mau share resepnya, tapi tambah a liitle bit of my touch in the cream. Yes, the secret is in the cream cheese.... plus spongenya ternyata fluffy banget, matching deh :D Alhamudlillah semua yang nyobain like it...


Notes: Untuk ukuran kue di atas 30 x 40 cm : Rp 400.000 (paling besar)

It's quite a while since my last post, and quite a bunch of delights I've baked since then. I found so many recipes I like to bake, but couldn't quite to decide, so I tried it all one by one and still on going :D  

Busy Week

Prep untuk Pengajian

What a busy week...shopping groceries for the preparation, rolling, baking, cooking, frying....and voila... 300 pcs of delicious snack + a cake (so I love to think so :) are ready to be served. Sekali lagi in occasion towards my cousin's big day, I prepare him snacks untuk pengajian sebelum pernikahan berlangsung... and once again I feel good that I can help to please ;) His mom ordered 100 pastel, 100 risoles, 100 pc of cake + satu cake a complimentary from my beloved mom. Done, done, done and done! Was I tired?Yes, was I happy? of course I was and I am! Once again I'm here to please their stomach hehehehe....

Congratz my dear cousin!!!  saudara (persususan) ku akhirnya mau menikah juga.... ;D and for a gift to him I present this special chocolate cake with luv for his soon to be wife... yup, this chocolate cake adalah salah satu seserahan saat lamaran dia untuk pacarnya yang juga sebagai simbol akan terikatnya keluarga kami dengan keluarga pacarnya...ooohh so sweet...rasanya jadi pengen dilamar lagi hehehe... 

And it's a relieve to hear that she and her family love it... Setelah selesai acara lamarannya, his mother called me dan dia juga bbm aku kalau pacarnya dan keluarganya like the cake dan sudah habis dimakan... hmmm that means that she really accepted his proposal ;D Always glad to feel the love in the air and also hear people love my cake... ;p

These what happen when I can't sleep at night. I bake!! Midnight cakes....tapi alhamdulillah hasilnya cukup memuaskan... dan ternyata mama jadi ketularan pengen masak juga dan jadilah kue mangkuk putih ini, dan rasanya hmmm....so yummy...mom's the best...she's my mentor, teacher, tutor, and most of all she's my mother ;) luv u mom...
